How it works

We never stop, we never rest, we never give up. Located in Southern California, Export Bundle created a smart solution for International Online Shoppers, who purchase American products online. Stores in the US do not send their packages overseas, and that's where we come in, connecting the link between the seller in the US and the overseas buyer. 

Step 1: Registration

All International Online Shoppers are prompted to REGISTER in our system and set up their accounts. This allows us to account for all the packages we receive, and keep the track of billing. The registration is a very secure process, and your information will be protected. 

Through our BASIC, PREMIUM, AND PRO membership plans our customers do not pay receiving fees that are applied to each incoming package. This offer is ideal for entrepreneurs, and businesses of any size, who purchase American products on a continuous basis.  Instead they pay a one time Set Up fee at the time of registration, and a monthly flat fee. Each plan offers a maximum limit of packages that can be received per month, and the length of free storage that starts when the first package is received. 

If your subscribed membership expires due to changes of your billing information, the regular receiving fees, and other PRICING will be applied to each received package at our location.

You do not have to subscribe to any membership plans that require monthly payments in order to get the services of Export Bundle. Just choose the International Shopper BEGINNER plan at the time of registration to avoid the set up, and monthly subscription fees. However the regular receiving fees of $5 will be applied to each incoming package.

Step 2: Get the US address 

After the registration process is successfully completed, the system will display the US address, where you can start shipping immediately after the registration. Make sure to keep the copy of that address for any other future purchases.

Note: In the future, if this address would ever change, we will notify you via email. So, please make sure to always check our emails. 

When placing orders, please address the shipping to your own name as it shows on your registration. 

Step 3: Package receiving begins

We send notifications for each received package. Once they're all received, we bundle them into one bigger package, or suggest other alternatives that can be more cost effective. Regular receiving fees will be applied to each additional package that goes over the maximum limit allowed by your subscribed plan, or if you are a Non-Member. 

Step 4: Shipping Overseas

Export Bundle partners with USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx for package forwarding, and all major airlines for forwarding Air Cargo, as well as provides partial container loads. Depending on how small, or big your shipment is, we will offer you different shipping options to choose from. 

Step 5: Payment

You will be receiving our quote/invoice with different shipping options and their costs. Once you choose the most optimal shipping service that works for you, your credit card, which we have on file, will be charged for that particular amount.  

Step 6: Final

Once the shipment has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking, or Way Bill numbers along with the copies of any supporting documents.
